We log engineering progress against reconciliation runs, not feature ship dates. A change is real when the engine produces the same aggregate euro figure across both code paths.

  • EU ETS 2026 scope projection: €6,470,004,760 at full phase-in (100%) and reference EUA spot €75.
  • 67 / 67 automated tests passing against 9 regulator-derived JSON fixtures.
  • Total runtime 170s (53s ingest + 116s projection).
